USPS 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS

At checkout we provide the most economic shipping option for your location.
Flat rate shipping does not apply to USA (Canada only).

We ship to USA with tracking. Most of locations take from 3 to 5 business days.

We offer local delivery for the cities of Metro Vancouver area
Orders received by 11am will be delivered the same day.

Orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri, ship on the same day as received.

    • All orders are shipped within one business day and subject to product availability.
    • Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout after entering your address.
    • We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with Fedex and Purolator.
    • When an order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.
    • You may provide specific delivery instructions at checkout in the comment section.
    • Sales tax is charged according to the state, province, or territory to which the package is being shipped.
    • We do not ship internationally. Only Canada & USA.
    • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
    • The estimated delivery days may vary from what is shown on the Checkout page due to courier shipping practices, holidays, delivery location, weather, the item(s) ordered, etc.
    • Business days displayed with your selected shipping method are in effect the business day after the package is picked up the the courier.

Items are shipped via Purolator, FedEx, Chitchats and USPS. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our building. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
